お茶の時間に[[袋小路屋敷]]に押しかけた[[13人のドワーフ>ソーリンとその仲間]]が、食後に食器類を片付けながら歌ったもの。（なお王である[[ソーリン二世]]は片付けには参加せず、歌っていない）
歌詞の内容こそ穏やかでないが、[[ビルボ・バギンズ]]をからかっているだけで実際にそのような乱暴狼藉はせず、見事な手際できれいに洗って片付けてしまった。
